If you commission a portrait from Portraits by Mike Banner, I will not share your portrait in any way or add it to any part of this site without first obtaining your express permission. Your privacy is very important to me, and I take great care and responsibility with any photographs that you send to me. Everything you send to me I treat with the strictest confidence.

Also,

1. All my work is completely original and hand drawn for you by me.

2. I attempt to bring the details to "life" in every subject.

3. If you're not completely satisfied you needn't pay me a penny until you are.
